AN ECOSYSTEM FOR BLOCKCHAIN EDUCATION
Blockchain at UCI is UC Irvine’s premier student organization for blockchain education, Web3 development, and decentralized technology. We bring together students from computer science, economics, and beyond to explore Ethereum, Solana, DeFi, smart contracts, and the broader crypto ecosystem. Through workshops, hackathons, industry speaker events, and research seminars, we equip the next generation of blockchain engineers and founders with the skills, network, and real-world experience to lead in Web3.
WHAT WE DO
Blockchain at UCI collaborates with industry leaders to host events with various blockchain-oriented companies, in pursuit of identifying efficient and practical blockchain technologies, and helping students in Orange County develop the necessary skills and knowledge to participate in new, exciting opportunities surrounding blockchain. We hope to help introduce the next generation of blockchain leaders.
